These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the tutoring services provided by ATAR Edge Academy (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using our website or booking tutoring services indicates your acceptance of these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. We may update the Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Our Services

ATAR Edge Academy provides online and in-person tutoring, UCAT preparation and internal assignment review services. Service availability, formats and pricing may change; specific terms for paid services will be provided at the time of booking.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for ensuring your own or your child’s punctuality and readiness for scheduled sessions. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose. Any attempt to misrepresent academic work (including having tutors complete assessments) is prohibited.

4. Academic Integrity

Our tutors provide guidance, feedback and instruction. Tutors do not complete assessments or assignments on behalf of students. Any assistance that would constitute academic misconduct is strictly forbidden.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by ATAR Edge Academy (lesson materials, resources and website content) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

6. Payments and Refunds

Where services require payment, the fees, payment terms and refund policy will be communicated at booking. Refunds may be granted at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ATAR Edge Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Tutoring outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances; we cannot guarantee specific academic results.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for breach of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. Users may cancel bookings in accordance with the cancellation policy communicated when booking.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; we will post the revised Terms on our website with an updated effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ATAR Edge Academy operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
